Reception and selection of applications

Submission of applications and registration of participants whose projects comply with the requirements of this Charter; completion of questionnaires and their initial moderation by the Organizing Committee.

The first stage of voting and selection of finalists

"Finished Projects" – site visits by experts and representatives of the Organizing Committee, verification of their compliance with quality standards, and video recording for subsequent presentation at the online defense.

"Concepts" is an online presentation of finalist projects to the jury.
