REAL ESTATE PROPERTY ASSESSMENT BY PROFESSIONALS FOR CONSUMERS

Each building undergoes a qualitative assessment by professionals: designers, architects, urbanists and builders to identify the most comfortable, innovative and modern properties for living and business.

All new buildings under construction and commissioned in the III and IV quarters of 2023 or in 2024 take part in the initial assessment for compliance with the standards of comfortable housing and environmental friendliness (commissioning dates may vary by category of buildings). The objects with confirmed compliance are evaluated by professionals according to the following criteria

SHORTLISTING STAGES

01 Acceptance of entries and registration of the participants of the selection round whose entries meet the requirements of the Award Statutes.

02 Expert evaluation of nominees by online voting and short-listing of participants who become finalists of the award and pass to the second round.

03 “Completed projects” - experts and representatives of the Organizing Committee visit the completed properties in order to check their compliance with the established quality standards, as well as conduct video shooting for the organization of subsequent face-to-face defenses with the Finalists in the online format.
“Concepts” - Finalists defend their projects in front of the Jury members in face-to-face defenses in online format

04 Processing of the results of the second stage of voting and preparation of award ceremonies

05 Finalizing the results and announcing the winners of the award at the ceremony
