In 2023 the Real Estate Professionals' Association REPA decided to host the Russian stage of the international award in Sochi in June 2024.

Real Estate Professionals' Association (since 2005) — Association of real estate market professionals. Professionals are people who have been working for more than one year and achieve a high standard of quality, each in their own type of activity. The Association's mission is to unite real estate market participants and give them the opportunity to jointly develop these standards.

At the moment REPA is more than 4500 specialists working in real estate not only in Moscow, but also all over Russia and abroad. And this list continues to grow every day.
