This nomination is open for buildings or complexes of buildings located on the same territory, with a leasable area of at least 7,000 square meters, and which meet the following requirements:
- The facility must have several functional purposes, including at least two commercial functions;
- In aggregate, the leasable area of all commercial functions must be at least 40% of the leasable area of the complex;
- Two of the following commercial functions must be profiled: retail, office, sports, recreational, hotel, or food hall;
- Any functions may be additional, including residential, infrastructure, entertainment, public-business, social, etc.;
- All functions should be independent of each other;

This nomination is available for projects of detached buildings or co-located building complexes with a leasable area of at least 7,000 square meters, under construction or in the open sales stage. Projects must meet the following requirements:
- the project must emphasize several functional uses, including a minimum of two commercial uses;
- in aggregate, the leasable area of all commercial functions must account for at least 40% of the leasable area of the complex;
- two of the following commercial functions must be the primary commercial functions: retail, office, sports, recreational, hotel or food hall;
