ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Architectural concepts and completed projects located in Russia that have a commissioning or construction permit can be nominated for the Award. One company can apply for participation an unlimited number of projects.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION AND STAGES OF THE AWARD:

The application is submitted via the award website. To do this, you need to register through the Personal Account, then you will be contacted by a personal manager to check the object in the TOP-500 Unified Resource of Real Estate Developers rating. After payment for entry, as well as verification for compliance with the class of the object, the nominee fills in the questionnaire on the award website in the personal account.

Then the questionnaire is moderated and sent for evaluation to the Jury members, after whose decision the short-list of the award is formed. Then the finalists are admitted to the in-person defense of the project.

After passing the Expert evaluation, the nominee is allowed to the in-person defense of the project.

Finalizing the results and announcing the winners of the Award will take place at the award ceremony in Sochi.

By submitting all information, the nominee confirms his/her consent to the saving, use and processing of the provided data.

Two of the following commercial functions must be profiled: retail, office, sports, recreational, hotel, or food hall;
