Nachalo

When landscaping the block, special attention was paid to the courtyard area, divided into three themed zones: the "Milky Way" play courtyard with a children's playground, event space, stream, and pavilion with swings; the quiet "Cosmic Garden" courtyard with a green living room, heated pavilion, summer coworking space, and secret garden; and the "Meteorite Garden" sports courtyard with a workout area, panna football court, and rock garden. Additionally, a closed gallery runs along the perimeter of the building on the third floor. A continuous route will connect areas for relaxation, sports, children's play, and co-working. The project's infrastructure includes a fitness center with a swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, and a minimarket. The building's grounds will be fenced and equipped with 24-hour security, access control, and video surveillance. The architectural design combines original facade geometry with large expanses of glazing, which vividly highlight the individuality of the buildings and their contemporary appearance. "Nachalo" will mirror the surrounding landscape thanks to its cladding materials, including natural stone, which emphasizes the project's naturalness, and a unique stained-glass system, which gives the buildings a distinctive, cosmic appearance. The compositional and color schemes were chosen with the visual perception of "Nachalo" in mind, in conjunction with the surrounding buildings.
