"Dubrovitsy Club" is a multi-format low-rise residential development designed under the concept "Like living in the city, only better". The project combines townhouses with private land plots and ergonomic apartments, including units with terraces. The residential complex features a comprehensive internal infrastructure: a school, a kindergarten, a medical clinic, a sports complex with a swimming pool, a community center with a gym, children’s room and coworking space, a retail gallery.
